🎧 Community Spotlight: Jeff Dodson, Sound Designer
We’re excited to highlight Jeff Dodson, a member of the PinSound community and the creative mind behind the sound design of the new Dune pinball machine from Barrels of Fun.
In his recent interview with Kineticist, Jeff shares his approach to building immersive sound experiences, from crafting audio cues that guide players through gameplay to balancing clarity and emotion in the mix. A lifelong Dune fan, he brought a deep understanding of the universe to the project. Huge thanks to Noah Crable for this amazing interview!
Jeff also creates content on his YouTube channel Dirty Pool Pinball, and previously shared a sound pack on the PinSound Community forum for Twilight Zone. He spent countless hours creating this whole new audio experience in high definition… And it was all worth it!
