Flipper buttons are (most of the time) optical. As the LED ages or dust settles, the comparator of the phototransistor turns it into chatter. Fortress applies an internal algorithm on the signal to rebuild a crisp, full-strength trigger.

No. On WPC-95 the flipper electronics are already integrated into the driver board, so there is no separate board to replace.
No soldering, no modifications. It comes in the same form factor, installs in minutes, and is fully reversible.
It only changes how fast the flipper coil responds, not the rules. Fortress still honours every CPU power and hold instruction.
