What help do you need?
If your machine includes a hole sealed by a plug for cable routing:
You might be interested in our Cable Pass-Through.
This will allow you to route the cable of your Headphones Station inside the cabinet of your machine. No more unaesthetic external cables lying around!
With a PLUS or NEO sound board, if you put multiple sound packages on the same flash drive, you can switch to the next available sound pack at any time by using the volume control.
Turn the volume down to zero (you’ll hear a small beep indicating you’re at the minimum) then double tap (up down / up down).
A preview of the new mix will then be played.
Then turn back the volume to the desired level

Due to technical limitations, the volume control knob is not functional on Stern SPIKE 1 machines only.
SPEAKERS VOLUME:
Use the “-” and “+” buttons in the coin door to change the volume of your speakers. Note that it will not affect the headphones volume.
HEADPHONES VOLUME:

On the Headphones Station MASTER, due to a Spike technical limitation, there is no red LED.
When your Headphones Station MASTER is installed, when you connect your headphones, the pinball machine will automatically mute the main speakers.
For SPIKE 1: Your Headphones Station MASTER is connected to a PINBLASTER board. The PINBLASTER’s LED will turn to blue when headphones are connected, indicating that the speakers are muted.
The Headphones Station MASTER is compatible with any standard pinball leg bolts spacing.
Installing the Headphones Station adds about 6mm (less that 1/4″) thickness.
You can install the Headphones Station on either the right or the left front leg of your pinball machine.
We recommend you choose the left leg, especially if you intend to route the cable inside the cabinet thanks to our Cabinet Cable Pass-Through. The hole is often situated on the left of the pinball machine’s coin door.
